Flamingo Park

The Park (Bird Sanctuary) is a ten acre site, opened in 1971, at Oakhill Road, Seaview
Most of the birds are free to fly away, and they sometimes do, but always return
in the evening when they are hungry

Apart from the Flamingos, there are plenty of other bird types to see including
Black-Necked Swans
Mute Swans
Australian Black Swans
Indian Peafowl
Macaws & Cockatoos
Canada Geese
Muscovy Duck
Whooper Swans
Pigeon Varieties
Golden Pheasants
Cranes
Penguins and more

Nearly all these birds can be fed, some even insist on it, by the visitor with food
purchased at the ticket office
